Your Wedding is Too Important to Let Dancing be a Source of Stress.

You’re both excited for the wedding, but this one thing is adding anxiety instead of joy.

You want a dance that feels right for you as a couple and you're not sure how to do that.

Dancing in front of everyone feels daunting, and you’re worried about looking stiff or awkward.

You’re unsure whether to just wing it on the day or feel more prepared with some practice.

We’re not just here to teach steps; we’re here to create an experience that feels comfortable, personal, and fun. Your lessons will be enjoyable—more like a fun date night than another task on your to-do list. When the big day comes, you’ll feel confident and ready. Hopefully even a little excited.

FAQ's

How many lessons will we need to feel confident for our wedding dance? As a general rule of thumb we recommend wedding dances to be between 2 - 3 minutes long and we explain why in our blog post here. For this time frame we recommend between 3 - 5 lessons depending on how much time you feel you need to allow your selves to pick up choreography. If you are considering a mash-up of two or more songs, you would want to have at least 5 lessons as a minimum.

How do we pick a song to dance to, especially if we don't have 'our song'? We have a playlist of songs wedding couples have danced to over the last two years that you can choose from, or be inspired by here https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3cfIxhx1B4NTZ1YwD2xWkF?si=Emi2WgmOSny8wvMO01V6FA&pi=a-B-YqCxgvRU6Q You want to pick a song, you're both happy with the vibe, the lyrics and could easily listen to it on repeat since you'll be practising quite a bit to it.

What do we wear to the lessons? We recommend being as comfortable as possible in the first one or two lessons so that your brain is focusing on learning the choreography rather than anything else. After that we recommend wearing shoes similar to what your wedding shoes will be. We also have little tips and tricks for you to practice getting used to the material in your dress without having to practice in your dress.
