If your shoes are in anyway damaged or not the right size, we will exchange or refund on return of the shoes. 

Your product will arrive between 7 - 21 days of purchase. Should you need the shoes by a specific date, please email us to see if we can make them work because the shoes come from the factory overseas and we have very few shoes in stock in the studio.
