Goal Setting for Dancers

In this workshop we'll be covering

- Different types of goals

- How to create you goals

- How to commit your goals

- How to set yourself up for success with your goals

- Plan out your timelines

You'll also get a cup of coffee, hot chocolate, tea, chai, or what ever other drink you would like.

Ensure to bring a note book, pen a keep cup if you have one and a cussion if the studio floor will get uncomfortable to sit on for 2 hours.
